You’ll find our general nonprofit pricing on the “Ordering” page . This includes a range of rental rates to assist with budgeting (note: these are not item-specific prices).

• TV/Film and for-profit theaters: Please contact us for a custom quote.
• Pulling Fee: If you’re unable to pull items in person, a fee of $37/hour (or 10% of the rental total, whichever is greater) applies.
• Restock Fee: all items taken/ shipped will be charged a 15% restocking fee based on the total sum of the items returned and not used
• Shipping: is billed separately and not included in the rental rates.

Once we receive your request and signed rental agreement:

• We will pull your order and confirm availability within 24–72 hours (longer during our busy season: September–May).
• Orders are processed in the order received.
• After confirmation, we’ll schedule a ship date based on your “need-by” date.
• Shipping timeframes:
• Ground: 2–7 business days
• Express: 3-day, 2-day, and overnight available at additional cost

Yes — we accept rush orders, when possible. A minimum $50 rush fee applies.

Same-day shipping requests must be received by 9:00 AM EST and confirmed by 12:00 PM EST.

Rush fees apply when your order needs to ship within 3 business days of placing the request.

Shipping varies based on size, weight, value, and speed.

• All shipments are insured for full replacement value, which often totals several thousand dollars.
• We ship via UPS and will either:
• Add shipping to your invoice, or
• Bill to your UPS/FedEx account (if provided)

We ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Yes — if you or a representative cannot pull costumes in person, a $37/hour pulling fee applies. On average, we can pull 10–30 pieces per hour.

Absolutely! We’re open by appointment only, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

No — rental prices are fixed. We do not prorate for shorter productions.

Yes! We offer extended rentals:

• Additional weeks are billed at a prorated one-week rate per week, up to 12 weeks total.
• For runs longer than 12 weeks, please contact us for custom pricing.

Yes! We maintain complete show packages in our system.

• Sizing is based on the original performers the garments were built for.
• If pieces were previously pulled for ASOLO productions and are already on rental or hold, those productions will take priority.

Yes — while our online gallery showcases many of our period costumes, we have additional stock and accessories available. Don’t see what you need? Just ask!

Not always. The website is a static gallery, so availability is not guaranteed. Please contact us to check on specific items.

Yes! Let us know your size, color, and style preferences, and we’ll email photos of available options.

Each costume lists measurements below the barcode and description:

• B = Bust
• C = Chest
• W = Waist

Measurements are in inches and represent flat garment sizes — costumes may fit slightly larger.

Most of our costumes are unique. If we have multiples or variations, it will be noted in the description. Otherwise, what’s pictured represents the only available version.

Minor alterations are permitted, but costumes must be returned in original condition before cleaning and return.

Damage fees may apply if not restored correctly. See our Rental Policies for full details.

If an item requires repair or replacement upon return, damage/replacement fees may apply at the discretion of the Rentals Manager.
